India

India is a land of vibrant contrasts, where bustling cities, serene landscapes, and centuries-old traditions come together in a kaleidoscope of culture. From the majestic palaces and forts of Rajasthan to the tranquil backwaters of Kerala and the towering peaks of the Himalayas, every region offers a unique experience. The country’s rich history, colorful festivals, and diverse cuisine invite exploration at every turn, while its warm and welcoming people make every journey memorable. For travelers seeking adventure, spirituality, and unforgettable sights, India promises a journey that is as dynamic and multifaceted as the country itself.

Why you should visit India

You should visit India because it is one of the most extraordinary and overwhelming countries on earth, in the best possible way. Imagine standing before the Taj Mahal at sunrise, navigating the colourful chaos of a Rajasthan market, drifting along the sacred ghats of Varanasi as the city comes alive around you, and finding complete stillness on a palm-lined beach in Kerala.

Beyond its iconic sights, India is a country of endless layers, where every state brings a different language, cuisine, landscape, and set of traditions that can make each part of the journey feel like an entirely new destination.

Add to that the intensity of the colours, the richness of the food, and the warmth of people who seem genuinely glad you made the effort to come, and India becomes a destination that gets deep under your skin.

For us, India is not just a place to travel to, it is a country that challenges you, moves you, and changes the way you see the world.

Our experiences

Traveling through North India was one of the most intense and unforgettable journeys we have ever made. Starting in Varanasi, we were immediately immersed in a level of chaos, energy and spirituality unlike anything we had experienced before. Witnessing the rituals along the Ganges, including the cremations up close, was both confronting and incredibly powerful. Traveling by train added to the authenticity of the journey as we moved towards Agra, where the Taj Mahal truly lived up to its reputation and Agra Fort impressed us just as much. Jaipur brought a different atmosphere with its colorful streets and stunning architecture, before we continued to Fatehpur Sikri and later New Delhi, which once again overwhelmed us in the best possible way. What stood out most were the people, always open for a conversation, and the food, which is without a doubt some of the most flavorful we have ever had.
